紫微聖人紫微君如是說:
專制極權制度，人民不滿長期累積無法宣洩，
引燃起義革命，導致改朝換代。
民主選舉制度，人民不滿短期累積可以藉由；
投票宣洩疏通，造成換黨執政。
Ziwei Jun, the sage of Ziwei, said:
In an autocratic totalitarian system, people’s dissatisfaction has been accumulated for a long time and cannot be vented.
It ignited an uprising and revolution, leading to a change of dynasty.
The democratic electoral system can be used to accumulate people’s dissatisfaction in the short term;
Voting is a catharsis and leads to a change of party in power.
